Presentation Guidelines
Template: There is no mandatory template; however, a virtual background for online presenters is available for download in the attachment.
Mode of Presentation
The presentation sessions at iRiseCON 2026 are designed to accommodate both physical (face-to-face) and online participants, providing flexibility for presenters from Malaysia, Indonesia, Türkiye, and other countries. Below are the key details for each mode:
Physical (Face-to-Face) Presentations
- Attendance Registration: Presenters must attend the registration session one day before the seminar to ensure smooth event organization.
- Seminar Day: Presenters are required to be physically present for their presentation and the subsequent Q&A session.
- Facilities Provided: Each session room will be equipped with:
- LCD projector
- Computer running Windows OS
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
Online Presentation
- Access Link: A secure link to the virtual presentation room will be provided prior to the seminar to avoid technical issues.
- Interaction: Online presenters must actively engage during their session and participate in the Q&A segment.
- Camera Requirement: Presenters are required to keep their camera turned on throughout the presentation and Q&A session to ensure effective engagement and professionalism.
- Backup Requirement: All online presenters are required to submit/upload a 10-minute pre-recorded video as a backup in case of internet disruptions during the live session.
Presenter Preparation (Additional for Online Presentations)
- Ensure Stable Internet Connection:
Presenters must ensure a reliable and stable internet connection with sufficient speed (recommended minimum: 10 Mbps upload and download) to avoid disruptions during the session. - Pre-Session Testing:
Conduct a test of your internet connection, camera, microphone, and presentation software at least one day before your scheduled session. - Avoid Interruptions:
Use a wired (LAN) connection if possible or ensure you are in a location with strong Wi-Fi coverage. - Impact on Schedule:
Technical issues can affect the overall seminar schedule; presenters are responsible for ensuring optimal technical readiness.
Presentation Duration
Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes:
- 10 minutes for the presentation
- 5 minutes for audience questions.
