The conference will be held on 25–26 April 2026 at Politeknik Seberang Perai, Penang, Malaysia—a premier institution strategically located in the dynamic urban center, offering a conducive environment for scholarly discourse and professional networking.

Registration Process & Payment Method
Participants must register in the conference system and fill in the required information.

Once registration is completed, participants must upload their abstract through the system.

The Chief Editor will review the abstract and determine its approval status.

If the abstract is approved, the database system will display the payment information and method for the next step.

Participants must make the payment according to the instructions provided in the system.

The receipt of proof of payment must be uploaded back into the system for verification and issuance of the acceptance letter.
Notes
Selected papers accepted for publication in a Scopus Indexed Journal (Q4) and SINTA 2 (Science and Technology Index) will require an additional publication fee. Details and amount will be communicated later.

All payments must be completed before 15 February 2026.

To recognize excellent research contributions, the conference will present three (3) Best Paper Awards.

Selection will be based on originality, quality of content, and significance of the research.
Awardees will receive a certificate and special recognition during the Closing Ceremony.
