Submission

 Submitting a Fullpaper 

• Registration is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper for it to be included in the proceedings and technical program. A discount is available for additional papers by the same author.
• Only Full Papers are accepted. Authors may deliver an oral presentation after the paper is accepted and payment is completed.
• Submitted articles must be original, either experimental or theoretical, and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
• Academic integrity is essential; plagiarism or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
• All submissions will be reviewed by an editor for alignment with the conference's aims and scope. Suitable papers will undergo blind peer review.
• Authors are responsible for securing permission for any materials (e.g. photos, datasets) included in the paper. All listed authors must consent to authorship, and ethical clearance must be obtained where applicable.
• Submissions may be desk-rejected if they fail to meet basic quality standards. Ensure the study design and research argument are well-structured and clearly articulated. The title should be concise and the abstract should stand alone.

Submission Requirements:

1. Meets the Author Guidelines.
2. Not previously published or under review elsewhere.
3. References are accurate and complete.
4. All tables and figures are numbered and labeled.
5. Permissions obtained for all included materials.
6. Include a Turnitin similarity report with a similarity index below 25%.

Privacy Statement:

• Names and email addresses submitted to the conference site will be used solely for the purposes of the conference and will not be shared with third parties.
